We are working very hard on improving governance, at least for AspirePress, if not for the whole community. Governance is one aspect of open source. But when governance comes in handy most is when there’s an absence of explicit trust. It’s the “rules of the road” and a minimum

Our first mission is to bring hope and community to people who lack both. If we ever ship a line of code, or gain users, or raise funds, or sponsor events, or anything else we might do, it will always be second to hope and community. How we live matters more than what we do.

We've been quiet here. Why the silence? Too busy shipping code! The team has moved many steps forward in the last few days. We're proud of their efforts, and excited to share with the world soon what we've worked on.
