Really good stuff Alex, as usual! Can you provide LV ef, LV edp or PCWP, PA pressures, and other comorbidities present? I love the safety wires up front. Taking time to do it right early saves time in panic mode later!

With the number of patients I see with afib or DVT/PE on anticoagulation who also have chronic ischemic disease, this is randomized data that helps guidance! Congrats to the authors nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
