Welp, this is about 20 years too late. North Carolina K12 Ts have been struggling as their state government never gives a crap about education. Not that the current DoE wrecking crew gives a fig about this, either.😡

Not sure how to frame this!? I've dealt w/big trauma re: teaching, and I must 1find a better career after years of bullying - students, staff, HR, etc. I'm just done. No spouse, no real churchy friends who get how we cope. I can talk about my sin, but we can't live in this.🤕💔

Any CA teachers take early retirement (CalSTRS) in order leave the classroom and pivot into a new career? Looking to connect for next steps. A group of Ts I know are beyond done with the massive work load-bullying-harassment. DMs are fine (only CA Ts w/legit s/contact info).

Teacher suicides? Many are so done with the HR bullshit/lack of department hell. Until we can get real jobs out of the classroom, Ts are doomed to hell.
