#EmailGeeks - anyone facing issues with the Gmail background issue. Simplest fix that is non-breaking and you don't need to amend your current code is to add the background image url into a HTML attribute. background="..." 1/3

Turns out Gmail is not stripping background="". Thank goodness I always include background="" and "background-image:" in my background image code! #emailgeeks #emailpeeps #htmlemail #happyaccident

One way to alienate your audience, cause wrinkles from squinting when it doesn’t scale on mobile, and exclude at least 10% of your audience? Export your email as an image instead of taking time to review where it breaks with clients. Say no to image-only emails.
