Why?

Many people blame BTL landlords for driving up property prices, but rarely has the impact of BoM&D money been considered as a factor. If they hadn't provided money, sure property prices would never have continued to rise at the rate it did (albeit mostly pre credit crunch)

All those 5 year fixed mega low rates I arranged back in 2020/21 are all slowly expiring over this year and next making way for much higher ones. Will we ever see the like again?

This HAS to be acceptable to the doomsters and the rest of us. Hopefully this subject can now take a bit of a rest. A property is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

This month I have an unusual number of clients trading up their pristine London flats for huge 5/6 bedroom Victorian doer uppers in NW and SW. Seem to be a lot of these about at the moment although some really are total hovels!!
