Congratulations to Ashli Golic and her husband Greg on the birth of their son Hayden Daniel Golic this morning!

Things we are doing this week to keep student athletes safe. 1- diligently tracking WBGT at ALL fields 2- filling tubs for cold water immersion (2 at the stadiums, 1 at practice fields) 3- working closely with coaches and Aaron Blankenship to modify or move practices & contests

Our deepest sympathies go out to Mark’s family and the Sycamore community. This is such a tragic loss for so many of us and he will be deeply missed.

CAHS had a great time hosting Fairfield High School students and running them through some labs as well as touring the athletics facility! Big shout out to our Pre-AT students who took charge and led our mini-labs! And thank you to Aaron Himmler for telling everyone about AT!
