Thanks to Air Canada for absolutely ruining our travel experience by losing our bag, treating us like crap, & making us do all the work to try to retrieve our items. Your staff treats patrons terribly & your wait times for escalation are close to 45 minutes. Absolutely horrible.
Hey Air Canada , how do you have zero information to provide after ālooking for my lost bagā for 10 hours? Your staff is incompetent and robotic.
I flew first class on Air Canada and they lost my bag, when I asked for updates they told me to call DFW, Toronto and Reagan airports to "find the bag myself".
Another day goes by where Air Canada has refused to provide my bag. Iāve been told it āhas been sitting in DFW airport since yesterdayā, āitās in Torontoā, āitās in D.C.ā, and āitās on itās way to be deliveredā. Still no bag. Tons of time wasted though, so thanks!
If you want the absolute worst travel experience, check out Air Canada Star Alliance Iāve spent the last 2.5 days doing their job to find my bag and received this email today. āRest assuredā they are āon itā to find my bags. Iāll just wait 14 business days for an update...

Looks like the word expedite means something different for Air Canada Donāt worry though, I went to the airport and found my bag on my own. Itā been sitting in the airport for 2.5 days. Had my address and phone number on it, yet they ācouldnāt find out who it belonged toā.
So happy to have my bag so I can curl my hair for an important event tonight. Thanks Air Canada for treating my stuff with great care. Not sure how you managed this through a hard case suitcase? #worstairlineonearth
