My main objective in this documentary is to help raise awareness of all speech conditions in children who are born with problems, & adults who have acquired speech problems or had a stroke or been in an accident. If you watch on ITV Wednesday 9pm I hope it comes over in that way

This is a fabulous tool called The Assessment of Learning Process for AAC. It’s a nice way to track what stage an AAC user is at, from a phase 1 beginner, exploring functions to a phase 8 expert, using AAC automatically. Lots of great info on the website: alpforaac.com

Instead of Twitter whinging about lack of awareness of AAC and the SLT role, I decided to do something about it and whipped up a quick infographic! (Not like I'm on annual leave or anything... 🙈) Feedback is very welcome (especially for any typos I've missed)!
