Exciting, and quite an adventure, to receive a new pipe flow rig for non-Newtonian fluids! Special thanks to @ Chalmers internal post staff, Marko , @ Roger Sagdahl, Viney Ghai, Alexandra Aulova, @ Sajjad Pashazadeh, @ArvindhSeshadri. #YIELDGAP #H2020-ITN #TetraPak
The 10th Hellenic Rheology Conference #HSR2022 was recently organised in the beautiful Greek island of #Skiathos. From Rheology and Processing of Soft Matter @Chalmers, Ases Akas Mishra (PhD student) presented his work on the thixotropic modelling of yield stress fluids, as part of the #MSCA #ITN project #YIELDGAP.
Science is also art: always a pleasure to make it to the journal cover! 😊 Cover: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.10… Article here: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ap… Trivia: the photo was taken inline during a capillary rheometry experiment! #meltflowinstabilities #nonlienar_phenomena #rheology
First group meeting of the year: we’re glad to host Prof. Martin Trulsson from Lund University!
