If you're trying to avoid covid, also avoid London North Eastern Railway trains..Socially distanced seat reservations have gone out the window, train nearly at full capacity & we've been told to clear bags from seats so every seat can be used (and nearly all passengers are wearing a mask on their chin)

My "waterproof" Huawei phone which can supposedly be submerged for 30 mins up to 1M got a little damp in the pocket of my raincoat and died. If you offer waterproof-ness as a feature, how come it's now my fault that that feature doesn't actually work, not yours? HuaweiUK
