50 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling supporting multilingual learners with Lau v. Nichols. Today, 50 years after Lau v. Nichols, every state in the union celebrates multilingual learners with the state Seal of Biliteracy!

Education Foundation invited the founder of the Seal of Biliteracy to provide guidance and support for the Tzu Chi Bilingual Certification Program. Mr. Chou spoke highly of the quality of Tzu Chi's educational materials surpasses that of many other schools.

Mr. Chou's goal in bilingual education is to make mainstream society recognize the significant contributions of immigrants and their languages to diversity and cultural richness, which aligns with our education philosophy. He also highly praised our bilingual education efforts.
