Got the first acquittal of 2025 at my public defender’s office today in Queens! Whew, being on trial for three weeks is intended. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier jury and was so thankful that they were willing to talk with us after the verdict.

Today our Board voted unanimously to ask members to authorize a strike at The Legal Aid Society for the first time in over 30 years. On Monday, members will begin voting. Rudy Giuliani thought he could break us in 1994, but @uaw members will never be divided. Solidarity Forever.
