Scarves Around The Funnel Not a happy clapper by any means but I think it is far too soon to talk of sacking people. We are barely a month in. A new manager needs a pre-season and a transfer window. Parachuting someone else in at this stage would be a knee jerk reaction
David Sheppard Scarves Around The Funnel I understand this sentiment and logic but I would ask - What is the strategy that we would be changing from if he was to depart? I’m honestly not sure there is a coherent strategy visible at the moment from which to depart from.
Scarves Around The Funnel Slow start last season but turned it around ! However I don’t think we can take the risk and move for an experienced manager - David Wagner, Alex Neil type !
Scarves Around The Funnel I’m more Naismith Out after yesterday. The run we’re on (this season alone) is unacceptable but more troubling is there’s no sign of turning it around. Eerily similar to the 2019/20 start to the season; a squad not as good as we thought & a manager unable to show he can change it
Scarves Around The Funnel Excellent last season but based on this season, what has he done to merit remaining in place? Baffling team sheets & formations with substitutions that arguably make us worse. We can’t score and have no energy. Now’s a perfect opportunity to look elsewhere, we should be using it
Scarves Around The Funnel I was a fan of Naismith as hoped to finally see Hearts play entertaining, attacking football. But we’re now as blunt in attack as under Levein & Neilson. He also admits he can’t put his finger on what’s wrong while hinting it’s the players. They also probably want him out.
Scarves Around The Funnel I was of the opinion that he should be removed but I have changed my mind. I think he deserves the chance to show he can turn it around. Needs to pick a settled defence and midfield. As we saw last season, Beni makes a massive difference to this side.

Fed up of listening to me, Mark Donaldson 🏴 & Scott McIntosh (Amoruso Let's It Run) moan every week? Because we were! So we got a couple of fans on to give both sides of the debate around the current situation at the club. Something a bit different, thanks to both for taking the time to come on.
