Journalism was happy & hungry this morning at the barn of Michael W. McCarthy in the wake of another gallant Classic performance,polishing off a 2nd in the Kentucky Derby,a win in the Preakness Stakes & a 2nd in the Belmont Stakes. He’ll head home to Santa Anita Park this week to recharge.

Journalism’s 2nd-place finish in Saturday’s Belmont Stakes was 3rd time in 9 years an Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners runner has been 2nd in The Test Of A Champion. He joined Destin (2016) & Champion filly, Nest (2022). Eclipse also WON the Belmont in 2017 w Tapwrit. #NewYorkStateOfMind #BelieveBig
