The sides emphasized the inadmissibility of using force and the need to apply international mechanisms for de-escalation.

Nuanced differences btw CIJ_ICJ decisions of 22/2 & 6/7: if in Feb AZ Gov said environmental protest was “spontaneous rally of civil society”,now #LachinCorridor is blocked by AZ state structures. Thus 6/7 decision reaffirmed responsibility of AZ Gov for deepening crisis in #NK .
