#NowPlaying Bird Machine by Sparklehorse for #5albums23. I’m usually wary of posthumous releases, but this is a gem. It reminds me of Elliott Smith’s From a Basement…, but this set of songs feels less bleak, even if just mostly in music & delivery rather than subject matter.
