It's mental health awareness week 💙The theme this year is movement, focusing on physical activities and how they can promote our mental wellbeing. Many of our mentors and young people value the importance of movement and go on walks, exploring the countryside and much more!

This week 12th to 18th May is Mental Health Awareness Week, with the theme of Community. A theme that aligns with the ethos of ARK and especially connecting our community to nature. #mentalhealthawareness

We're supporting Mental Health Foundation on #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek in our youth groups and clubs running activities and discussions designed to support young people wellbeing, resilience and combat stigma. #thisismycommunity

Calling all 16 to 24 year olds. Would you like to spend some free time at ARK, undertaking hands on trade skills, whilst gaining a City and Guilds? This is between the 21st Jul and 1st Aug in partnership with Volunteer it Yourself. Booking is via the email on the flyer.
