Robby West, a bus driver for the Cabot school district, faced challenges from bilateral hearing loss. With support from Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, he received vital hearing aids, kept his job, and gained confidence and independence to keep doing what he loves—driving!

After losing his job due to new welding inspector certifications, Steve Hargrove turned to Arkansas Rehab Services. He trained with AMPP, passed with flying colors, and landed two job offers in one day! Now he’s back on the job as a Welding Inspector in Utah.

Greg Duckworth found ARS while in high school. After graduating in 2023, he trained in welding at Black River Tech. He impressed instructors, landed a job at Big River Steel, and started the next day at $28/hr with full benefits. He said, “I couldn’t have done this without ARS!”
