Today’s cook up for my legendary #ndis participant. Spicy chicken with capsicum, onion & peas slow cooked in a pasata. Cannelloni filled with ricotta, beef and pork mince, parmesan and 3 cheese. A lasagne made with left over filling as well as small pastries made with filling

Today’s Sunday arvo cook up for my wonderful #ndis client. A bean stew with a medley of beans, veggies, corn and a creamy coconut cream. Didn’t soak the beans overnight as time was a factor, however end result was pleasing for my participant.

Today’s cook up for my #ndis client who is a tad under the weather. Two casseroles, both with diced chicken thigh fillets, marinated in cumin, coriander seed, curry, garlic, S&P, olive oil. One casserole with potato, onion and mixed veg. The second with mung beans, mixed lentils

Today’s cook up for my #ndis participant. Greek style marinated lamb steaks and lamb roast, sliced up and made into wraps. Also cooked up some sweet capsicums which were included in wraps, as well as some freshly made Chimichuri 👌🏻

Today’s cook up for my #NDIS client. A chicken Maryland fillet curry with capsicums, black beans, mixed veg with coconut cream, finished with coriander. A baked fillet chicken Napoli dish with a medley of veggies including garlic shoots, beans and finished with 3 cheese.

Today’s quick and easy cook up for my wonderful Sunday #NDIS client. A Chicken Chow Mein with veggies including cabbage, capsicums, corn, broccoli, spring onion and marinated chicken thigh fillets in a chow Mein marinade, finished with some crunchy fried shallots

Tonight’s cook up for my #ndis client. Pork belly marinated in Chinese 5 spice, pork loin marinated in chimichuri, a jambalaya with pork sausages, corn, beans, capsicum, tomato & zucchini on brown rice & chicken involtini stuffed with cheese, asparagus and sun dried tomato 👌🏻

Today’s cook up for my amazing #NDIS participant . A red lentil, mung bean and leek stew with coconut cream and a chicken pie consisting of shredded roast chicken, peas, corn, spring onion, béchamel with Parmesan covered in puff pastry 👌🏻
