For the majority of people in Toronto, rent is the biggest expense. Toronto is not taking the steps to address our housing crisis. Here's what we need to do: -Vacant home tax of 2.5% -Expedite permits for high-rise multi-residential builds Simple things to make a big difference.

These are achievable solutions to the TTC's inefficiency and rampant violence. Confidence in the transit system is at an all-time low, and that's extremely problematic.

I am enraged by the fortified airline monopoly in Canada, as Sunwing and Swoop shut down. The competition bureau should have blocked this deal as Canadian airfare will skyrocket in 2024 and going forward. It will prevent people from going abroad, as airfare will be too expensive.
