End band sewing on the Carolingian! 😍 I think it turned out very nice. We also cut out leather for covering in on Saturday. The leather is deer from the local Middlesex area. Excited to see how it turns out!

Yesterday we went to a paper mill (the mill has been in existence since 1622) and took part in a paper making workshop. 😊 It was a fun day!

Beginning a new historical model! This time I'm working on St. Cuthbert's manuscript. While starting on the wooden boards I decided it might be wise practice with davey board first, so I'll be making two models, one covered and one uncovered. 😁
