HAPPENING NOW: Tampa Mayor Jane Castor says two homes caught fire on Davis Islands, one likely “from an electric vehicle.” Two deaths have been reported so far: One was a traffic incident and one was an elderly resident in her home this morning, per Mayor. FOX 13 Tampa Bay #Helene
