Interviewers: For virtual interviews, dress as you would in person. If you want to be casual, tell your candidate they can do the same. Hearing some stories of students dressing up only to be interviewed by ppl who clearly haven't even showered. So rude. Show some respect.

I just can't get onboard with Matt. Trying because the Sandi & Noel combo took a bit of adjusting, too, but I just don't think Noel & Matt work well off each other. The energy is weird.
