Since usually refund takes 1 week, Today, 1-5-2024 I contacted customer care and told them about the issue and now they are saying I should have contacted them in 2 days. Since it's after 2 days they can't give me the refund.

The delivery guy told me I will receive the refund else I have to contact customer care (haven't mentioned in how many days I should contact).
