Had the honor of speaking about of psychological safety at 🇫🇮 National Simulation Symposium. Drawing on fantastic work by Edmondson, Purdy, Clarke & Pack on teams, accountability, complexity, privilege, human error, approachability, listening, it so clearly resonated.

#NordicSUN2023 in Jönköping gave us great presentations and workshops around #simulation and simulation pedagogy. Themes were cultural sensitivity, mixed reality and tools for self-directed learning. Our simulation center 🚑 ambulance #simulation area is finally done. This has been a project of waiting, planning and visioning. And some hard manual labor. Huge thanks to Profile Vehicles Group and our Arcada University of Applied Sciences fundraising donators for enabling this! 🙏✨

Our EuSim Level 1 Course was a 3-day bubble of learning, experimenting and having fun. Simple is beautiful, sim is the gateway to discussion and psych safety needs to be built and continuously maintained; only some of the themes recognized and reflected on. Great group! 🤩

Our #NTSMasterclass course, together with MET Alliance of Finland, was a huge success! Three days of reflections on teams, psych safety, sit awareness, leadership and followership and much more. With such a team of future team innovators, we might just change the culture here..
