Appalachian Regional Commission awards $5.1M to the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation to improve and promote tourism to boost the economies of 22 Parkway counties across Appalachian NC & VA. This grant will help the Foundation implement strategies outlined in the “Blue Ridge Rising” community action plan.
