Sandra Day O’Connor, first woman on the Supreme Court, has passed away. Appointed by President Reagan, she came from humble beginnings on a rough ranch in Arizona to become a trailblazer in the law. Even though I didn’t always agree with her opinions, I respected her brilliance.
