Yesterday I spent 4hrs before our Parliament's NatSec/FP Commission to brief MPs on Vienna talks. Very tough. But useful.

Bottom line is same:

Having left JCPOA, US must first provide verifiable sanctions lifting. Iran will then resume full implementation.
