Late Gm. You should be more bearish on the NFTs (PFPs) than the companies behind them. Doodles, Adidas, Pudgy, etc... will do well as companies - it won't be the case for their NFTs.

Gm. Yuga is making some smart moves with BAYC. The ecosystem will grow within itself with holders benefitting from BAYC to build their company/IP. The community + the team are basically pushing any product or business inside that ecosystem (to a whole other level).

Gm! Creators are one of the few solutions for Web3 projects to expand. Attention is controlled by creators - meaning money & exposure. Partner/acquire them or die.

Gm. Creators: Think about how farming engagement for ad revenue will affect your brand in terms of opportunity cost. The side-effects will be much more harmful by farming than maintaining your brand. Also, the revenue potential will decrease as more people do it.

Gm. There is a pattern to learn from Starbucks in Web3: Simplicity will always be king. Most Web3 products are difficult to understand, let alone what they’re trying to solve. You won’t go anywhere as long as a normal person don’t understand it in less than 2 minutes.

An “NFT Project” means nothing. That’s like saying “An Internet Project”. “I’m gonna launch an Internet Project”… That’s cool, uhh, what does it.. do? And why? What’s the point? Is it a company orrr…? NFTs are a type of technology, nothing more.

Gm. DeGods new art is what I was talking about a few month ago. For them to be even more brandable, they needed to simplify & « extend » the art. I won’t speak until I see the full extend of what the team is preparing but this is a good start. Simplicity is king!

Gm :). I'm back (it's been a while). We can all agree that: Web3 needs innovation and product-market fit - that's something obvious by now - BUT ABOVE ALL, Great Copy and Branding. My focus now will be to help Web3 startups write the best copy (and nail the branding part).

(Very) late gm. Security is the kryptonite of Web3 projects & businesses. You got the best product? Good start. You got security issues once? Game over. As a result, this affects the public perception (ours as well) of any product coming out of Web3. You

You don’t need to enjoy the process. You just need to not quit. Which may mean not enjoying the process.

How to be productive: Don’t do anything besides the task you set out to complete. That’s literally it.

One word that changes your life like magic: Simplicity. Everyone understands it. Many avoid it. Few apply it. You realize later that doing one thing is the answer to everything. One thing only -> win.

Distribution wins every time. But products win the long-term game. And if you’re in it for the long run, only products will get you there.

Trust -> #1 indicator of you closing a deal. Gaining your people’s trust is the priority. You gain trust by reversing risks. You reverse risks by working on: • Getting the outcome • How quick they get the outcome • Proof that other similar people got the outcome

Action brings clarity to your thinking.
