Well, this is unexpected. The book "Physically Based Rendering" is now available for free online: pbr-book.org. And, I can't overemphasize this, it has LINKS within the book, so browsing the inline code is now trivial (credit to Marco Salvi for the notice)

"Attack of the Depth Buffer" mynameismjp.wordpress.com/2010/03/22/att… good article about how good position reconstruction we can expect from various depth buffer formats.

The "Survey of Temporal Antialiasing Techniques" EG 2020 virtual conference presentation includes a good overview of temporal antialiasing and upsampling, its issues and future research. I dropped a few notes in a blog post in case anyone is interested. interplayoflight.wordpress.com/2020/05/30/a-s…

Good books to get someone enticed to computer science? Not for kids, not "learn python" stuff. For someone curious, intellectual, good at science etc? Code (Petzold) seem to fit, I've never read it. Some historical books could too, Hackers, Masters of Doom. GEB perhaps. More?
