today I'm predicting there will be extrajudicial executive powers done on a federal level against refugees fleeing the states that have draconian laws being enacted to persecute people the federal government cannot protect from that harm extrajudicial federal laws already exist

When a government is no longer functioning as a full democracy there are social movements and organizations that operate as a check on the government. Governments breed negative sentiment against organizations and communities. They wont recognize the full-time activism elements.
