The Big Vision To Empower Kaduna Youths and Eradicate Hunger and Poverty We are training 1,000 youths. We are building a Grill House. We are creating jobs.

Why We’re Doing This? Poverty and hunger are not permanent conditions. They can be broken when people are given skills + opportunities.

That’s why Mina’s Kitchen is equipping 1,000 unemployed youths and women with grilling as a business skill. Because when one person learns to grill, they don’t just feed themselves — they can feed a community.

The Training Phase 1: Training 1,000 youths in 10 weeks. Each participant will gain: ✅ Hands-on grilling skills ✅ Mentorship on business management ✅ Access to a supportive community via Telegram This isn’t just training — it’s a movement for self-reliance.

Phase 2: Beyond Training Skills without opportunity = frustration. That’s why we’re building the Mina’s Kitchen Grill House.

From 1,000 trained youths, 30 top performers will be absorbed into jobs, internships, and supplier networks. This Grill House will create employment and serve as a sustainable business to keep the vision alive.

How We’re Funding It The Plan: Total Budget: ₦3 Million Training: ₦1M Grill House: ₦2M This bold approach ensures every naira creates real, lasting impact: immediate skills + long-term business.

Sustainability We are not stopping at one project. Proceeds from the Kaduna Grill Festival will fund more trainings. Our Grill House will generate revenue through dine-in, catering, and bulk orders. Graduates will move from learners to earners to employers.
