Apparently on Wits campus the 2 main parties competing - ANC and EFF -are visibly spending vast amounts of money on concerts complete with sound stages, banners, sound systems, campaign trucks Tshirts and the like. What are the rules here? And how can they afford this?

Cape Town's dam levels have reached their seasonal high water mark - 76%, double levels this time last year. There's enough water for two or three years at current consumption levels, even if we experience another a drought. Water restrictions should be relaxed a notch or two
