As someone who suffered from this all my childhood (and whose mom didn't completely get it)...this is so important.

And this is why I believe the English section of the ACT is so important....it carries beyond the test....

To be clear, the score reports have not been "flagged" for 20 years. The issue was that students were asked to self disclose during registration and that info could be bought by colleges for marketing, so colleges could make the connection, if desired. insidehighered.com/admissions/art…
