Detective Sergeant Nate Grimmius and Canine Officer Jake Walker received department awards today for dedicated service above and beyond the call of duty. Chief Appel presented them both with the Thin Blue Line Award.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Canine Thor. Thor worked for Worthington Police from 2009 to 2016 and was a good cop, but a better friend. Our thoughts are with former Worthington Officer Colby Palmersheim and his family.
