Starbucks Corporate is denying any change to their policies on Pride this year - but if that were true, why are there countless stories where workers are claiming the opposite? Here's just some of what's been sent to us on social media:

Last time we checked, Starbucks was being prosecuted for violating labor law in over 2,000 instances, yet they still deny ANY wrong doing. Starbucks spokespeople should not be taken at their word.

MADISON IS A UNION CITY !!!

We're hitting the road! Union partners from all over the country are going on a nationwide bus tour to let Starbucks know it's time for a contract! #nocontractnocoffee

we started the morning in Minneapolis with a press conference with local union allies!

next step was demanding beth ford (ceo of land o lakes- on the board of directors for starbucks) hear our proposals and sit with us at the bargaining table she was "not in today" and we were promptly asked to leave but ! not before we shared our stories and demanded to be heard

"employees voted for bargaining not buses" then come bargain starbucks! we 300+ stores waiting on you

DAY TWO OF THE UNION IS CALLING BUS TOUR! Today, workers at 300 Snelling and 47 & Cedar went on STRIKE and our allies educated customers on Starbucks’ illegal union-busting campaign.

This morning, Starbucks & Sunergos workers SHUT DOWN 10 CAFES in Louisville with their strikes. Workers are demanding that both companies come to the table and bargain in good faith. THIS is what solidarity looks like and THIS is what happens when organized labor stands together.
