If the government removes the safety and security offered to us as members of the NSTU (in order for us to take care of ourselves), to be able to manage this impossible workload, we could not maintain this level of service.

I am a bloody proud and fiercely passionate School Psychologist. I am also deeply concerned by the government's 2018 decision to remove me and some of my colleagues from the NSTU with the explanation that doing so will improve service delivery to NS's children.
