A coaching staff in professional football has many staff members (assistant-coaches) with different kind of expertise in different parts of the game (Planning, Analyses, Set Pieces, Scouting,...) Every assistant-coach will give advice (+ feedback) in his role... (2/4)

Every headcoach is responsible for the end decision... (and hopefully most of the time taken together with the full staff)... It is too easy to say that injuries are "bad luck"... Medical staff is not causing the injuries... (3/4)

Medical staff is "fixing" the problem created by somebody else... Good planning of all football activities and all related non-football activities + clear communication between coaches-players-medical staff is crucial for Injury Reduction... (4/4)
