A not uncommon sight in rural S. Ontario are houses with external walls selectively plastered, often where sheltered by porches; it made a more hospitable surface than stone or brick, more pleasant to lean against, and reflected more light on the task at hand. Short thread:

When Masha Ivashintsova died in 2000, she left behind boxes of belongings and memories, and over 30,000 negatives and undeveloped film. Much like Vivian Maier she hid her photographic talents from the world, never showing her work or considering herself an artist.

The magical Clydach Gorge. This beautiful valley is said to have inspired Shakespeare to write A Midsummer Night's Dream, and is a true melding of both natural landscape and industrial heritage. You can see this well here as the stone viaduct crosses the River Clydach.

Woooah… this is a very smart/evil scam. The web savvy will immediately spot the dodgy email address, but I bet plenty won’t.
