Please help our family British Airways flight BA0977 has been cancelled. We can’t rebook the flight as the app isn’t working and we can’t get through on the phones. However the flight status now says it’s delayed.

BA British Airways you have just cancelled our flight again and your phone line are closed and your app won’t let us reschedule. What sort of customer service is this?? Please can you help us get home.

Well this is ridiculous now British Airways managed to get through to someone but your systems don’t speak to one another. So your operators still think the flight is okay, when you have just sent me an email saying it’s cancelled. And now you send a message saying it’s back on
