As soon as kids learn to count, winning becomes important. Development never stops. The two are not mutually exclusive. However, focus should never be on results, even at the highest level, as that is short-sighted. Performance is what you focus on. Results are a by-product.

Football is for everyone.

Two games of 1v1 against a goalkeeper. Players cannot cross the line. Once the ball crosses the line, goal or not, the other side plays. If the goalkeeper catches the ball, they throw it over their head to the other side.
