Warwick Long I got hammered by wood ducks and kangaroos this season. Planted 4 hectares 4 times with different crops but they just kept coming in and eating the crops as soon as they shot from seed.

Warwick Long Well done Warwick. My perspective is that you should never think you are prepared well enough for a drought, never ever be comfortable and be happy with that. You need to ration your resources carefully and that includes your mental health/capacity. “Drought proof” is a myth
