I’m supporting The BMA Because trying to fix the NHS without improving pay & conditions for health/social care workers is like trying to refill a bath without the plug Recruitment, retention, burnout - this is the crisis Resident doctors deserve better. So does every patient

Im watching #critical “if you can look after a critically injured patient in London, you can look after them anywhere” The London trauma network is MILES ahead of the rest of the UK. I’d argue if you can look after them anywhere else in the UK, you’re sound 👍🏼

Up to 15k on offer in the RCEM Autumn research call - what are you waiting for? Ideally suited to a pilot study, piece of qualitative research, single centre research intervention, literature review, an innovation implementation or perhaps a review of current practice? U choose!

Schrodinger’s Doctor … simultaneously too important to be able to strike but not important enough to be paid more than their assistants.

So Wes; 🔹Fails to deliver on exception reporting 🔹Fails to deliver on rotational training 🔹Reneges on agreed wording to DDRB 🔹Reneges on journey to pay restoration 🔹Refuses to talk pay re: a pay dispute And resident doctors are the ones who “squandered” the goodwill?! 🤔
