Supraventricular tachycardia; AVNRT. P wave not seen, in V1 there is rsr’, the r’ can be the P wave hidden by the ventricular depolarization. Management: - DC if uncompensated (pulmonary edema or shock), - Adenosine amp 6 mg is first choice, if not successful try two more
