Also, ICYMI: Overstock’s officially got some of Bed Bath & Beyond’s intellectual property last week for $21.5MM at a Chapter 11 auction. "In addition to the domain names, the IP includes customer and vendor lists, mobile apps, SKU-level info and private label trademarks."

The value of an eponymous home goods brand with its lists, private label, and SKU info is basically just over $20MM. We're looking hard at the $10-25MM top-line revenue section at VHS Ventures, so this is telling data.
