At 104, former WW2 Swordfish pilot Lt Cdr John Barnes was honoured by 814 NAS—his old squadron—on his home island of Guernsey. The “Flying Tigers” flew in to present him with pilot wings and a name badge, celebrating a legacy of courage and resilience. 🐯✈️ Source: Yahoo

🇬🇧🌺 It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Corporal Rebecca Hudson of the Royal Air Force Police, who died on Friday, 23 May 2025. Rebeeca was a dedicated Military Working Dog Handler based at RAF Coningsby. Our thoughts are with her family and friends. 🕯️🕊️

🌺🇬🇧 We were deeply saddened by the news that Private Epeli Seniloli has passed away. Known as ‘Seni’ to his friends, he was deployed on Op ELGIN in Kosovo with The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment. Our thoughts are with his friends and family. 🕊️🕯️ 📰 Source: 3 PWRR - ‘The TIGERS’
