Omg even if it's 74.95kg, I've gone below 75kg for the first time in 15 years🥲 My waist is down to 35 inches! Although I still suck at movement, mindful eating and hydrating well has shown results, along with my semaglutide ofcourse. But good results motivate me to keep trying!
