Sunday marks 30 years since Flight 427 tragically crashed, claiming the lives of 132 people on the plane. Ten USC residents were aboard. Memorial Garden, located in the Municipal Building's parking lot next to Clair's Kennel, was built in 1995 as a way to honor the victims.
