Out of desperation to do anything for Iranians, even symbolically, I walked into the wrong protest — Kurdish, not Iranian. An Israeli flag was welcomed by most, rejected by a loud antisemitic few. Police moved in, despite the crowd backing the flag. Europe is strange that way.
