We regret to discover that the China version of Windows Live Messenger no longer allows the TwitOnMSN robot on the contact list and has,

since yesterday, denied users from logging into the application.

Currently, the solutions are 1) delete the TwitOnMSN robot from contact list or

2) download and install the US version of Windows Live messenger here: http://www.Download.Live.com/Messenger .
